Business IT Consultant Supply Chain – DELMIA Quintiq

We are looking for a Business IT Consultant (Services Software Expert) with strong functional skills in Dassault Systèmes Turkish Service organization to create world-class standard applications that solve the planning and scheduling puzzles our customers encounter every day.

You will become part of the team that is dedicated to DELMIA Quintiq applications, and here you would work on Master Production Scheduling and Advanced Production Scheduling puzzles that serve the green metal industry as well as new customers on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, providing end-to-end use cases for order acceptance, adherence to S&OP, detect and solve bottlenecks and disruptions early on, as well as input for Detailed Scheduling.

Role description & responsibilities:

• Understand Customer Business Requirements, Scenarios, Use Cases, Users Experience needs.
• Understand the Technical Specification Dossier as reported by Software Architect and translate them into Detailed Technical Specifications.
• Evaluate costs (man/days), manage activities in order to ensure deliveries deadlines, report to Software Architect.
• Understand the software system design, describe the specifications in technical terms: select the algorithms, theories or technologies that will be used. Plan the appropriate user interface. Identify and manage dependencies with other components. Document these selections in the Detailed Technical Specifications.
• Develop code functions and Unitary Tests in respect of quality rules defined by the Software Architect.
• Write Operation Guide explaining deployment of the Software components.
• Analyze and correct reported issues and/or execute software changes required by the customer aligned with R&D strategies.
• Assess, develop, upgrade and document upgrade and maintenance procedures for systems environments and applications software.
• Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills, and knowing how translate complex subjects to easy and logical solutions
• Experience with Object-Oriented programming (ideally Java, as well as Javascript / Typescript)
• Relevant background in Supply Chain Planning, Master Production Scheduling or Detailed Scheduling is a plus
• Experience with agile software development and testing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
• IT infrastructure background is a strong plus
• Communicative, enthusiastic, and flexible personality who can get work done.
