Qualifications
- University Degree (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economics or similar)
- Experience in a Business Unit, Sales, Marketing, Market Development or in Project Management
- Strong in communication with openness, clarity, organizational awareness and empathy to achieve the desired results
- Strong in taking ownership for results, overcome obstacles
- Ability and willingness to work in multinational team and region
- Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
- Mobility for business travels to Turkey, Middle East and North Africa

Job Description
- Leading relationship between Global Key Accounts and all relevant BASF divisions within NAMET region, coordinating with key decision makers.
- Develop, implement, and execute the regional strategic account plans to deliver sales growth. This includes pricing within defined bands, reporting of sales, and market conditions.
- Participating in tenders for defined products.
- Cooperate closely with KAM, marketing, product management, supply chain and technical teams to ensure needed support to secure and grow business.
- Manage and follow contracts with support of legal department.
- Monitoring and escalation of overdues
- Preparation and implementation of customer workshops; reporting sales pipeline and new business opportunities
- Market mapping
- Shortage management, hunting and forecast planning.
