Qualifications
University Degree (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economics or similar)
Experience in a Business Unit, Sales, Marketing, Market Development or in Project Management
Strong in communication with openness, clarity, organizational awareness and empathy to achieve the desired results
Strong in taking ownership for results, overcome obstacles
Ability and willingness to work in multinational team and region
Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
Mobility for business travels to Turkey, Middle East and North Africa

Job Description
Leading relationship between Global Key Accounts and all relevant BASF divisions within NAMET region, coordinating with key decision makers.
Develop, implement, and execute the regional strategic account plans to deliver sales growth. This includes pricing within defined bands, reporting of sales, and market conditions.
Participating in tenders for defined products.
Cooperate closely with KAM, marketing, product management, supply chain and technical teams to ensure needed support to secure and grow business.
Manage and follow contracts with support of legal department.
Monitoring and escalation of overdues
Preparation and implementation of customer workshops; reporting sales pipeline and new business opportunities
Market mapping
Shortage management, hunting and forecast planning.
