Carrier Management Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Advanced Level of English in both verbal and written is must,
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics procurement,
  • Have a strong knowledge of Excel & Power Point,
  • Having a good knowledge supply chain business,
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills,
  • Strategic and analytical thinking,
  • Efficient time management – multitasking,
  • Good understanding of the operation of road freights.

Job Description:

  • Support to Carrier Manager for developing the carrier base, preparing procurement baselines / forecasts and assist where required for all procurement activities,
  • Creating monthly carrier KPIs report and report them in a monthly basis,
  • Closely collaborate with Operation team to solve issues related to carriers,
  • Support achievement of contractual cost down targets and visibility requirements,
  • Train new carriers on how to use our product and improve their performance,
  • Improving the carrier performance by defining the problems and take necessary actions,
  • Work closely with other LLP team members to ensure that all necessary changes are implemented effectively.
