Areas of Responsibility

Key elements and required results of the role

• Support the DTR Group3 team on the consolidation of templates or information gatherings.
• Support DTR Group 3 Team by communicating and sharing relevant information, anticipating wider team needs, and taking action where necessary
• Help Turkish licensees with translations on ILS, fama, collections, SRR, and OPA-related topics
• Help Category team with biweekly licensee reviews and collect & consolidate necessary information when needed
• Share forecast templates with local licensees
• Work with contract analyst and make sure that all the contracts are in line with deadlines and correctly entered into the system
• Support Greek accounts on collections, contract admin, and forecast periods.
• Work closely with local retail/marketing interns and help with product nominations

Education

• 3rd year University students or Master students in Fashion, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
• Excellent command of English both in speaking and writing
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Self autonomous, highly organised and strong at planning and multi-tasking
• Able to work full time at least 2 or 3 days a week in school period
