Sales Manager – Product
For our Sales team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB in Electrification Turkiye. You will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs. In this role, you will manage a region sales team responsible for distributors, OEMs, panel builders and system integrators sales groups. You are responsible for ensuring the team meets forecasting, volume growth, price quality/margin, and customer satisfaction objectives through excellent customer relations and increasing market share. The Central Anatolia, Eastern&Southeastern Anatolia and Black Sea Region Sales Manager ensures sales targets are met or exceeded, and net margins maximize profitability. Create, plan and implement ELSP & ELSB Turkiye sales strategy and strategic business development initiatives in coordination with Channel Management for the Central Anatolia, Eastern&Southeastern Anatolia and Black Sea Regions in ELSP & ELSB, establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product offering, and align to provide a solution, perform regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls, Communicate details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions), Participate in sales strategy discussions for the assigned region, agrees on short-term and long-term goals, Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in existing and potential customer organizations, Manage the direct reports to achieve revenue and profitability targets, Ensure that their own area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed, Coach, motivate, and develop direct and indirect reports within HR policies. Drive and ensure knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration, Demonstrate ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly, Implement and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area, Ensure adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies, Ensure integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities,
