Central Maintenance Unit Specialist in Istanbul, Turkey

Job Description

Central Maintenance Unit (CMU) is established to centralize all static maintenances and service as a center of excellence (COE) for the function to bring in faster service, high accuracy, and lower risk by better impact analysis and high quality on Flexcube. CMU will have user profiles on each application where there is an service level agreement (SLA-NCIA) signed in between to outline the roles and responsibilities of the team/branch; understand requirements of 50+ EMEA branches, complete necessary set-up changes in test environments, test the set-up/functionalities and perform the same on production environment after agreed approvals are received

Responsibilities:

  • Review and follow up CMP for work orders received from customers (Citi Branches) for Flexcube

  • Root cause analysis of the reasons for failure within the process

  • Understand and agree with the branch on the requirements

  • Perform set-up maintenances on UAT environment

  • Creating gold copy for the maintenances together with the Citi Market Place requirements, UAT scripts, version controlled maintenance screen shots, test results and signoffs

  • Communicate UAT results to branch O&T and OFSS, update CMP

  • Keep accurate MIS daily, prepare periodic reports assigned by CMU Head

  • Ensure procedure agreed with the SLA is followed up before maintenances performed on Flexcube production

  • Ensure CMU Head is kept fully informed on all operational matters, timely escalations

  • Continuous efforts to learn EMEA branches Flexcube set-ups, share knowledge with other team members to increase all teams knowledge base

  • Ensure that deadlines/commitments are adhered to support unit head to achieve quality and productivity goals

  • Ensure adherence to local and institutional regulations

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience

  • Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills

Education:

· University degree (Preferred)

· 0-2 years of experience

· Advance level of English

· Good command of MS Office applications
