Central Site Acquisition KPI Executive

What you’ll do

• In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing the L&R department’s strategy. You will be a part of a team that responsible for developing, implementing, and refining strategic plans that align with our organizational objectives. Your role will involve monitoring financial and operational performance, ensuring strategies are optimized for maximum effectiveness.
• You will analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), utilizing advanced analytics to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making. Your expertise in enhancing Business Intelligence (BI) tools and reporting modules will be essential in delivering these insights.
• Your position will also require you to prepare high-level reports and executive summaries. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, and FinOps, will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring the seamless execution of strategies and support for critical financial processes.
• Additionally, as part of the team, you will contribute to managing budget initiatives, working collaboratively to achieve financial targets and navigate challenges while ensuring cost-effectiveness. You will also support efforts in driving digital transformation by helping to adopt and integrate new technologies that enhance efficiency and performance within the department.

Who you are

• You have a solid understanding of strategic planning and execution, supported by hands-on experience in developing and implementing effective strategies. Your skills in defining and analyzing KPIs and enhancing Business Intelligence (BI) tools are important, along with a strong capability in using data analytics to assess and optimize strategies.
• You are adept at preparing detailed reports and executive summaries, using clear communication to assist in strategic decision-making. Your experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, and FinOps, helps ensure effective strategy execution and supports crucial financial processes.
• While you may not have primary responsibility for budget management, you contribute to managing budget initiatives by supporting efforts to meet financial targets and address challenges. Additionally, you play a key role in supporting digital transformation efforts, aiding in the adoption and integration of new technologies to enhance departmental efficiency and performance.
• In summary, you are a skilled professional with a strong ability to contribute to strategic planning, data-driven insights, effective reporting, and technological advancements. Your expertise will be essential in supporting the achievement of organizational goals and enhancing overall business performance.
