Central Site Acquisition KPI Operations Executive

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Central Site Acquisition KPI Operations Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing environment. • In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing the L&R department’s strategy. You will be part of a team responsible for developing, implementing, and refining strategic plans that align with our organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that strategies are optimized for maximum effectiveness and monitoring financial and operational performance.
• You will assist in the site sharing contracting process and contribute to high-level decisions that meet operational and strategic needs. This includes developing and implementing subleasing strategies to enhance financial profitability, evaluating site performance, and identifying revenue opportunities. While site sharing is a key focus, your role will also encompass a broader strategic oversight.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of data-driven strategies and leverage your experience in digital transformation projects during their deployment phase. Your role involves preparing detailed reports and summaries to support decision-making. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, and FinOps, to ensure seamless strategy execution and support financial processes, including budget management and achieving financial targets.Additionally, you will support digital transformation efforts by helping to adopt and integrate new technologies that enhance efficiency and performance within the department.

Who you are

• You have a solid understanding of strategic planning and execution, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing effective strategies. Your expertise includes defining and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and leveraging data analytics to optimize strategies.
• While site sharing management is a key aspect of your role, you also possess significant experience in digital transformation projects, particularly in the deployment phase. Your skills in preparing detailed reports and summaries are crucial for supporting informed decision-making and communicating insights effectively.
• You excel in collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless strategy execution and support for financial processes. Although direct budget management is not your primary focus, you follow up on budget strategies to ensure their successful implementation and address any related challenges.
• Your role in supporting digital transformation involves aiding in the adoption and integration of new technologies to enhance departmental efficiency and performance. In summary, you are a skilled professional with expertise in strategic planning, data-driven insights, and digital transformation. Your contributions are essential in achieving organizational goals and improving overall business performance.
