CLIENT ADVISOR – ISTANBUL

About The Job

We are currently looking for a CLIENT ADVISOR for a store in ISTANBUL. As a Client Advisor, you will be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service in line with the Louis Vuitton promise. You will build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and guiding them across the brand’s offerings. Through proactive client outreach, you will contribute to both individual and team success.

Job responsibilities

Client Relationship building

  • Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Utilize client information, such as preferences and purchasing history, to tailor recommendations and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Proactively engage with clients through various communication channels, including in-store visits, phone calls, and digital platforms.

Product Expertise and Sales

  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the store’s product offering, Retail environment and competitors
  • Provide expert assistance and guidance to clients during their shopping experience, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Contributes actively to the business objectives by achieving sales targets (contribution to the store KPIs)
  • Regularly input and update client information in the CRM system to track interactions, preference, and purchase history, enabling personalized engagement and identification of new sales opportunities for maximizing revenue.

Client Experience and Satisfaction

  • Deliver exceptional client experience, creating memorable experience for clients visiting the store.
  • Create desire for the brand with exceptional storytelling about the particular Maison (heritage and savoir-faire), showing empathy and passion, and following the steps of the Maison’s selling ceremony.
  • Ensuring that the aftercare service is followed, and issues are elegantly resolved.

Team Collaboration and Store Support

  • Collaborative with fellow Client Advisors and Store Managers to share client insights, product feedback, and best practices.
  • Contribute to maintaining a well-organized, visually appealing store environment that attracts and retains clients.

Compliance and data management

  • Apply all compliance regulations and guidelines from the HQ, concerning client data, but also transfer store operations etc.

Required Experience

  • Proficient Turkish and English, any other language is a plus.
  • A previous background in retail or hospitality and luxury is not mandatory but will be positively considered.
  • Professional Superior studies in sales & marketing and/or tourism are valued but not a requirement.
