Job Description

THE POSITION:

In this key role you will be responsible for the timely creation of client-facing agreements on behalf of EVERSANA’s professional services group. This role will require a high attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple departments. A key responsibility will be holding multiple groups accountable to provide sufficient detail to create and deliver client facing agreements in a fast-paced environment. Tracking the status of client contracts from initial request to execution while ensuring alignment with EVERSANA profitability metrics is a key focus. You will have considerable interaction with stakeholders in our commercial, professional services, legal, and finance teams.

As a secondary priority, this role will need to become familiar with the service offerings of the professional services group in order to have a clear understanding of effort and resources required from EVERSANA under each client facing agreement.

This is a highly visible role and a great opportunity to work with numerous associates across EVERSANA. Accordingly, you will be confident and proactive in your approach, have the ability to work collaboratively while also being able to work autonomously. You will be comfortable with, and skilled in, interacting with attorneys and senior management. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are therefore critical, along with high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to adhere to tight deadlines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

  • Secure client business objectives and goals and match up to service offerings available from EVERSANA professional services
  • Request and upload completed client contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Individual professional service agreements (PSAs), SOWs and related amendments on behalf of professional services to EVERSANA’s established contract management system
  • Assists with the timely creation and progression of client agreements
  • Facilitate the execution of client contracts on behalf of professional services
  • Participate in contract development meetings with professional services
  • Facilitates the overall contracting process, communicates turnaround times and effectively enforces them, escalating early in case of difficulties
  • Proactive communication to internal stakeholders when contracts reviews are not aligning with defined SLAs
  • Responsible for advocating, and ensuring adherence to, established EVERSANA client contracting processes
  • Assists in the identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and procedures

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-6 years of experience creating client facing agreements, synthesizing complex client business requirements and business service offerings, and managing the administrative workflows for highly visible revenue generating contracts
  • Comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders and managing multiple deliverables at any one time
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Confident working with all internal and external levels of staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail – quality driven
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, even in ambiguous situations
  • Familiarity with corporate policies and procedures
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Working experience with Salesforce and DocuSign CLM

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:

  • Travel No anticipated travel for this role
  • Hours 40 hours per week, M-F

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $91,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
