Marsh McLennan Turkey is seeking candidates for Client Relationship Management – Senior Analyst for our Commercial Department based in the Istanbul office!

We will count on you to:

  • Help Account Manager review information pertaining to client insurance programs to ensure the information is accurate.
  • Help support the renewal cycle by ensuring renewal protocol is completed (via tools available), gathering information, tracking quotes and ensuring documents are issued correctly and on-time in accordance with our professional standards.
  • Work with Account Manager to maintain proper records for reporting and audit purposes and process insurance and claims details into the database.
  • Begin to maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth and retention.
  • Assist Account Manager with ongoing client service issues to improve the client experience

What you need to have:

  • University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
  • 1+ years’ experience in account management or sales in insurance sector
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a team
  • Advanced communication, presentation and training skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
