Client Solutions Manager, Services – Turkish speaking – Global Business Solutions – Dubai

About the Client Solutions Team: The Client Solutions team is dedicated to building scalable, long-term partnerships by delivering best-in-class campaign services and addressing the unique challenges of direct clients and agencies. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will act as a strategic partner and consultant, combining deep product expertise with critical thinking and analytical acumen to drive client success across TikTok’s suite of advertising solutions. Our team is composed of digital marketing experts who proactively shape clients’ growth strategies—including upsells, renewals, and reactivations. We are trusted advisors who connect key stakeholders, inspire innovation through insights, and foster collaboration that leads to measurable business outcomes and enduring client relationships. Success in this role requires a sharp analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing data-driven, scalable solutions that exceed expectations and secure long-term investment. About the role: The Client Solutions Manager – Services is an expert in TikTok’s performance & branding advertisement products for key clients in the Services Industries (Banking, Fintech, Telco, Entertainment and beyond). Client Solutions Manager proposes full-funnel advertisement solutions to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage and is responsible for campaign operation and optimisation of auction advertisement products in the post-sales stage. The roles & responsibilities also include educating new or additional TikTok ad products and adopting new features to seek opportunities in upselling to existing clients. Responsibilities: – Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with Services vertical advertisers. – Support and work closely with the Business Partnership Managers on pre-sale research and pitch with a greater focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy. – Create and optimize client ad strategies by using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance and performance products. – Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real time analysis. – Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and, at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings. – Conduct regular and strategic business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with various internal teams. – Keep an accurate record of pending and active campaign plans and maintaining campaign schedules and availability of ad inventory. – Act as product champion to drive revenue and adoption in key product and business growth areas, build team level expertise, and actively promote cross-regional/functional exchange and collaboration. – Work closely with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign, provide market feedback, and support TikTok for Business product development. – Work closely with creative teams to provide Services clients with creative solutions support including creative insights and creative strategies. – Work closely with measurement partners and advertisers to develop a solid understanding of how advertisers measure success and help them understand the true value of TikTok. – Cooperate with the ad policy team to ensure the clients and team are kept up to date on any policy changes and get all support needed. – Cooperate with the Ad Operation team to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution, and ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate. – Cooperate with the Organic team to help clients enhance organic presence to complement paid activities.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: – Proven experience in performance-based campaign management in in-house marketing, digital agencies, platforms or media side. – Deep understanding of user acquisition & performance marketing with a passion for social media, content platforms and Services industries. – Practical and sophisticated hands-on experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, measurement and using major app tracking tools like MMPs such as Adjust, Appsflyer, etc and web tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, etc. – Given to the nature of the business and market this role will be supporting, proficient in English and Turkish skills are required. – Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Preferred qualifications: – Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus. – Sales oriented mindset with strong account management skills and experience. – Good technical understanding of digital marketing technologies, integrations and infrastructure, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders. – Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit. – Proactive attitude and consultative sales skills with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
