You’ll thrive and excel as our new Commercial Operations Supervisor, and you’ll be a part of Commercial Operations Team who leads the development of the new star of the Premium Segment, Volvo Cars Turkey.

What you will do:

As Commercial Operations Supervisor, you’ll be operationally responsible for achievement of Sales, Service (car sales, accessories sales, service business, customer satisfaction, customer experience follow up, audit dealer qualification and standards) for defined dealer responsibilities. To ensure we are always the industry lead-this position will also develop and install cross functional Development Action Plans to enhance sales volume quality and quantity through achievement of defined Dealer Standards, Customer Satisfaction objectives, Dealer’s profitability, and Dealer network development.

The role also includes to:

  • Provide an industry leading customer sales experience
  • Install, and progress performance against dealer targets, based around a commercial business plan
  • Manage schedule of targeted dealer visits supported by professional business administration
  • Attend required trainings, sales meetings, events and follow Volvo sales processes
  • Engage in proactive lead generation activities
  • Identify new business opportunities within the team to explore further improvement and goals for the team
  • Ensure accuracy of all reports and paperwork and submit them to required deadlines

We’re looking for you!

For this position we are looking for you with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering or a related field and 2-3 years business/dealers management experience (in an automotive or dealer setting is a bonus).

You also have:

  • Proficient communication skills in English & Turkish
  • No constraints to travel domestic and international
  • Strong skills in working with numbers and analyzing data
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word & Outlook)
  • A valid Driving License

As a person you are an open-minded with strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships. You have an excellent attention to detail and committed to delivery and performance, together with good analytic decision-making skills.
