Key Responsibilities

  • Identifies performance improvement initiatives for CX (Customer Experience) processes; analyses and identifies areas of improvement and supports implementation of changes/improvements in relevant functional areas.
  • Acts as a sparring partner to the CX leaders on ideas and ways to improve Customer Experience
  • Is accountable for support and implementation of transformation
  • projects.
  • Realize Gemba with teams to identify customer and internal process pain areas and work on solutions
  • Owner of the “Commercial Performance Measures (KPIs)” for the cluster to ensure data quality and communication of the performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings.
  • Takes responsibility for data collection, analysis and reporting accordingly.
  • Co-ordinates with CEN Commercial Excellence Team and various other teams to understand, challenge and support different processes, changes and governance.
  • Ensures end-to-end service quality, productivity and process capability
  • through business practices, process and technology changes.

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CX systems, tools & processes
  • Knowledge on digital solutions and data analysis
  • Project management skills
  • Very good understanding of systems and processes
  • Capable to identify process gaps and work on solutions to fix the same
  • Passionate about improvements and making it easier for customers/employees
  • Change agent with an eye for detail
  • Good communication skills, experienced in stakeholder management
  • Volunteer for internal training sessions
  • Proficiency in MS Office skills – Specially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in written and spoken Turkish & English
