Job Description

[HR Operations]

  • Orientation for new employees, document management
  • Attendance management
  • Submission of payroll and attendance data to payroll vendor
  • Confirmation of payroll calculation results from vendor
  • Confirmation of social insurance and labor insurance notices and declarations
  • Lead recruiting activities (arranging interviews, writing offer letters, etc.)
  • Update data related to salary increases and promotions, and prepare notices
  • Maintenance of basic global HR data
  • Non-Executive STI calculation
  • Maintain rules and regulations

[General Affairs]

  • Phone line and device (PC, cell phone, pocket WiFi) management
  • Contract management (industrial waste disposal, insurance, mail)
  • Ordering of CEOS business cards on behalf of clients
  • Support for stamping
  • Provide information on health checkups, etc.
  • Ordering and processing of in-house bulk purchases
  • Office equipment management
  • Office lease contract and office security related administration
  • General administration of telephone/network line related matters

[IT]

  • Cooperation with IT teams in overseas offices
  • Provide support for questions and problems that arise when employees are using systems, application software, information equipment, etc. with support from IT expert in other locations.
  • When there is an automatic update of systems and applications, inform employees and support locational issues.

[Simple sales administration]

  • Summarize sales forecasts and status of negotiations for price increases.

Qualifications

  • Payroll, social insurance, labor insurance
  • Attendance management
  • Native Japanese
  • Business English
  • Japanese Labor Law
  • General affairs experience
