Job Description

You play a key role in proactively managing taking SEEK value to market in (Country) via the Go-to-Market (GTM) processes and structures, balancing risk, speed and long-term success. The role will also provide program or project management support to other strategic, cross-functional initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and manage Quarterly GTM planning activties
  • Drive delivery of initiatives in the GTM Country Plan:
  • Be the Country GTM leader and evangelist – representing local market needs, capabilities, capacity, risks and trade-offs
  • Be the voice of APAC GTM into Country
  • Demonstrate leadership and relationship management capabilities, working closely with key stakeholders across sales, product, marketing and commercial
  • Ensure clarity & customer centricity are core features of all GTM initiatives:
  • Bring a customer centric perspective from your market, driving decisions and influencing internally to deliver great outcomes for our customers and the business
  • Develop clear project/program and communication plans to support the execution of work, ensuring that updates are meaningful and well understood amongst key stakeholders.
  • Support the efficient and effective operation of the GTM function by identifying opportunities to optimise and improve tools, processes, and ways of working. Then sharing these with the Senior GTM Manager(s) and / or Head of GTM to discuss priority and feasibility to implement, and
  • Seek and share input and feedback from GTM stakeholders to inform continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Sound experience in manager positions in sales, business development and other customer related operation
  • Successful proven track record in sales, customer service or business development operation
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels to build trusted relationship and can work collaboratively with cross-functions to drive operational success and financial results
  • Ability to define a strategy, translate it into an actionable plan and direct a team to execute it
  • Self-starter, high-energy, with ability to execute on business objectives
  • Comfortable operating in a “new” and uncertain environment and highly capable in exercising judgement and facilitating decision to mitigate any risk or identification on any opportunities.
  • Exceptional teamwork with a willingness to perform tasks outside of role when required.
  • Collaborative and empathetic work style with a high degree of humility and willingness to “get stuck in”
