Job Description
Implement a holistic BU user journey in the country towards end users and retail partners based on global Brand strategy, Marketing concepts and specific guidelines in close cooperation with all local UJMs, regional marketing functions and sales
Contribute to the steering of commercial targets (Forecast, Turnover, margin, etc.)
Delivers excellence in execution and optimization of KPIs in the country
Deliver marketing packages and train internal staff, sales and external retail partners on marketing concepts (incl. new product launches) as well as new marketing tools
Plan and execute local campaigns and activations on the applicable offline and online Touch points with the regional Touch point responsible
Contribute to the development of promotions in collaboration with the responsible Touch point manager
Gain and provide user and market insights
Proofreading and local adaptations of marketing assets
Support local retailers with activation
Coordinate local agencies and external resources (if applicable)
Contribute to the MSP process
Provide marketing forecasting when needed
Key stakeholders: regional Business Units and cross Business Unit Touch point marketing teams, Lead Marketing Manager, local cross Business Units marketing team, Sales
Qualifications
Marketing know-how along all Marketing Ps
Functional expertise in local offline and if required online media activation, local agency management
High expertise in branding and good understanding of UX related to information and purchase decision of target group
High sales affinity and good understanding of the retail landscape
Understanding of the online and offline landscapes
Operational experience in marketing
Passion in execution
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to UX and Agile working methods
