The Culture & Change Program Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of the established program aimed at embedding our new company principles across all regions. Working closely with HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders (Communications, Marketing) and local teams. The Specialist will ensure the successful implementation, adoption, and sustainability of the new initiatives and change programs intended to transform the culture. 

Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Program Execution: Implement and oversee the execution of the established program for rolling out new company principles, ensuring alignment with the multiple stakeholders and champions of this program. 
  • Project management: Lead the coordination, and execution of culture and change initiatives, including timelines, resources, and deliverables, to achieve program objectives on time. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR teams, local teams and key stakeholders to coordinate program activities, gather feedback, and address challenges or barriers to implementation. 
  • Training Delivery: Collaborate on the successful delivery of training materials and experiences to equip managers and employees with the knowledge and skills needed to embrace and embody our new Principles in their daily work. 
  • Communication & Awareness: Assist in developing communication materials, tools, and resources to raise awareness, reinforce messaging, and drive engagement. 
  • Data Management & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data and feedback from various sources to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. 
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports on program activities and milestones. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging research in culture, change management, and organizational development, leveraging insights to enhance program effectiveness. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in preferred. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in organizational development roles, change management, project management, preferably in a global corporate environment. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectively. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across different levels and cultures. 
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives implementation. 
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills. 
  • Proven track record of driving results, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
