We are currently looking for a Customer Facing Trainer to join our Nespresso team.
Location: Maslak, İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Customer Facing Trainer, you will have the following responsibilities;
Embrace corporate projects
• Liaise with Corporate and Regional Training&Development to implement Nespresso Training Academy strategy.
• Provides overall guidance to training activities in area of responsibility (Including but not limit to product, service, selling trainings)
• Follow up / Assess the quality of the external learning activities this related to the KPI’s dashboard defined together with HRBP and Line Manager to define follow action if needed
• Support HR cyclical initiatives (PDP, Every day coaching, Career Workshop…)
• Initiate and implement projects in regards of staff engagement and cultural influencer to cope with organization development
Training Design & Delivery
• Design and implement training modules, curricula based on business needs analysis
• Define Methodologies tools and assessments
• Deliver Nespresso Training Academy core trainings as per HQ L&D guidance and materials for B2C and B2B
Facilitate induction, on-the-job training and other local programs to support business needs and close performance gaps
• Onsite coaching of Coffee Specialists in terms of customer service and Nespresso product/services knowledge
Managing Preparation, Delivery and Follow-up
• Provide to the business consultancy on learning tools
• Develops and implements training plans and programs to support the current and future business needs
• Ensure provision of Train the Trainer and Coaching Expertise
• Program Management & Administration: Manage program and monitor delivery.
Utilise Learning Management System (iLearn) to plan, register, track, evaluate and report training events
Deploy eLearning and other training aids
• Defines measures of success for the program with the line of business. Ensures that the measurement process is realistic and easy to implement.
• Manage quality of T&L provision, ensuring it remains at the cutting edge, benchmarking with other relevant companies.Ensure evaluations processes are effective and meaningful.
Managing others with responsibility for a department/ business unit.
• Recommends and manages T&D budgets
• Accountable for each employee development, supports line managers & HRBP in the etablishement of individual plans.
• Ensures effective use of all learning technologies
Stakeholder Management
• Ensure communication of all relevant training information to HR BP’s and employees market wide
. Regulary meet with the Nestlé/Nespresso Learning & Development community
• Manage external trainers and subcontractors as well as internal trainers and secure quality level”
Support Coffee Ambassador role
• To lead and participate commercial projects relating to Customer facing (Boutique: New concept, Master class)
Develop, engage and support coffee bards to deliver masterclass or coffee related training
• Acting as brand ambassador, participate and faciliate marketing events to cultivate coffee culture and story telling
• Organize new product launch session internally to share information on product features, advantages and benefits
• Organize and lead the Golden Capsule Contest
Which profile are we looking for?
Broad business awareness (Nespresso and Nestlé business models).
At least 5 years development experience, including other functions experience (e.g.Marketing & Sales) Professional training/development qualification or experience management of professional staff and teams
Ability to work in cross cultural environment
Preferably has had experience as a Learning Consultant
