
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates will typically have 2 years of experience in advertising, business development, digital media, or marketing roles.
- Experience meeting Business-to-Business (B2B) sales goals.
- Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders.
- Experience managing and customizing for a customer base.
- Experience reaching out to customers, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and work with others.
- Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop business recommendations, action plans, as well as ideas on improving internal processes.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients and help them achieve business goals.
- Contribute to the team performance consistently delivering against quarterly sales goals.
- Create and craft pitches for customers tailored to clients’ performance goals, and work towards mutual business objectives.
- Find and implement creative ways to improve our client relationships, share performance-enhanced suggestions and promote Google products.
- Produce interpretable insights from data analysis, deliver data-driven strategic recommendations to customers.
