Customer Order Fulfillment Executive, İstanbul

Job Identification

We are now seeking for a Customer Order Fulfillment Executive to be part of our Supply Chain team in Istanbul.

What We Expect

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of maintaining strong customer relationships and improving service levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate service level parameters with customers.
  • Understanding of the FMCG sector and its specific customer service requirements and challenges.
  • Excellent understanding of supply chain processes including order management, customer collaboration, demand planning, supply planning and logistics.
  • Proven experience in managing key accounts and handling high-volume order-to-cash cycles.
  • Proficiency in using Electronic Data Interchange systems for online order processing.
  • Familiarity with Customer Supply Network Planning and able to optimize product-customer combinations based on cost efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across different departments, including sales, marketing, supply, and procurement.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead digital technologies projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for customer visits and alignments.
  • Prior experience with co-packer operations management.
  • Certifications in Project Management or similar fields.
  • Familiarity with the latest digital technologies in the area of End-to-end customer Experience.
  • Proficient in utilizing reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
  • Building a collaborative agreement with the customer for joint forecasting and proposed orders while tracking voice of customer metrics.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial) , Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Sales Account Management or a related field within the FMCG industry.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
  • Knowledge and practical experience in optimization techniques and forecasting methodologies.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken
  • Locate / willing to locate in Istanbul
