Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a close and productive business partnership with procurement, 3PL, supply chain and commercial stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for S&OP steps post-forecast publication, coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate supply issues within the organization, including estimated timelines and status updates for critical products.
- Serve as the representative of the CS&L Lead at all local and regional platforms, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Oversee inventory management and sales/sellable stock controls to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for 3PL service providers and collaborate effectively with GSK colleagues.
- Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgetary targets, encompassing metrics such as inventory levels, service levels (OTIF), inventory health (write-off, slow movers), and logistics costs as a percentage of sales.
- Create and own actions related to SOPs, Performance metrics, Efficiency targets, Budget Targets, Financial Reconciliation, and Audit Compliance.
- Accountable for logistics planning and tender processes for W&D service providers, including relationship management.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, drive automation and, where possible, removing cost from the operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer experience and reduce cost to serve.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Proven experience +8 years in supply chain planning or warehousing/distribution/logistics roles, with a focus on operational efficiency and optimization.
- High ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally
- Ability to engage and partner with senior leaders to drive business agenda
- Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and advanced MS Office skills
Preferred Qualifications:

- Fluency in English

- Proven understanding of how Supply and Demand Planning/Forecasting works

- Leadership skills, ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Excellent financial acumen including the ability to read and manage a P&L
