Customer Service Representative – Tennova Multispecialty Clinic, Turkey Cre

Job Description

Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. High school diploma or equivalent. At least six months of previous customer service experience required. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
