Why is this role really critical to us? 

Lead business marketing and commercial roadmap including go to market and 360 communication plans by using Modern Marketing tools in the Squad.

Purpose of the Fixed Squad is to drive value growth by providing a commercial ready base and boost managed migrations with insight and data driven strategy yet assure a sustainable customer base.

How will you spend your time at Vodafone?

• To be the pioneer in transforming Vodafone Way of Marketing into Modern Marketing Leadership through.
• Adopting the best new modern marketing practices for base customers.
• Lead all internal stakeholders towards the ultimate goal of increasing value from base customers in Fixed Squad through marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders to develop right products.
• Request and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Demonstrating clear and effective communication through all channels including digital channels, and has an ability to switch seamlessly between them.
• Using data and analytic tools effectively to resolve customer issues and to identify and eradicate unnecessary challenges.
• Designing and executing strategies targeted at specific segments, utilizing an effective mix of sharp insights, differentiated propositions, relevant channels and go to market plans.
• Developing communications that are omni-channel and personalized by design. Employing A/B testing to optimize customer experience and commercial performance.
• Trying new technologies and services, explores digital opportunities to boost digital sales and engagement.
• Be Flexible on taking responsibility of other roles (product, commercial, strategy etc.) where needed to build a collaborative team environment and ensure team commitments are met on time and with high quality with a “Modern Marketing” perspective.
• Effective stakeholder management of key business relationships.
• Participate in the conceptualization and design development of integrated marketing communication campaigns for the business and/or specific lines of product and service.
• Work in harmony with agile practices.

You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:

• BSc. degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or similar fields of engineering
• Has a strong commercial mindset, ability to define marketing and sales opportunities
• Experience in Telecommunication sector at marketing and/or commercial roles
• Highly proactive, have a strong can-do attitude
• Flexible on taking responsibility of other roles (commercial, marketing, channel) where needed to build a collaborative team environment and ensure team commitments are met on time and with high quality
• Strong written, verbal communication skills & interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish
• Ambitious & competitive professional with high personal drive & leadership attitudes
• Resilient while working in competitive & rapidly changing environments
• Comfortable in problem solving & decision making
• Strong analytical skills, results-driven and delivery-focused
• Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members and stakeholders
