Service Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Analyzing the customer’s system architecture and performing gap analysis according to the IEC62443 Reference architecture, Making lifecycle analysis of software used in control systems and developing upgrade solutions, Developing cyber security solutions offer for OT systems: Centralized Patch Management, Centralized Antivirus, Allow listing and Device control, Centralized Backup System, Radius, IDS, SIEM, System Hardening and User Access Management, Provides technical support during the technical meeting, cyber security solution presentations and negotiations and offers related training, Participates in customer visits during their visits to local factory site, Implements global standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to cyber operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization, Prepares/supports preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business Unit/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives, Participates in the kick-off meeting organized by the project team, Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization, Provides information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment, Analyzes customer needs and competitor offering through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization,

Qualifications for the role

• Engineering Degree in Computer, Information Technologies, Automation or similar,
• 3 or more years’ experience in the OT / software industry with focus on cyber security, digitalization and the Internet of Things, and deep understanding of relevant technologies and trends,
• Overall knowledge of Microsoft platform from W2008/W2016/W2019/W2022 Servers and W7/W8/W10/W11 Clients,
• Overall knowledge on managing/upgrading virtual environments using virtualization tools such as VMware ESXi, also in cluster configuration (Microsoft Hyper-V could be a plus),
• Knowledge about ISO27001, IEC 62443 Reference Architecture rules and Cyber Security aspect,
• Knowledge on Network Intrusion Detection System and SIEM solutions, (would be a plus)
• Experience deploying Cyber Security projects either for new DCS Systems or on running plants, (would be a plus)
• Good command of of English and Turkish,
• Availability to short / medium period business travels to perform on site support activities,
• Autonomy in organizing and programming the assigned tasks,
