Cyber Security Senior Expert

What you’ll do

We are a team of security designers. The purpose of this role is to design the right cyber security architecture for VF Turkey ecosystem. To constantly keep adding up solutions and knowledge to reduce our risks within the challenging cyber landscape.

• Advising and introducing security requirements in Vodafone internal and external systems, projects or products.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Security & Privacy by Design and Assurance (SPDA) process and its workflows.
• Designing and implementing security solutions for the benefit of the systems with the relevant products and/or configurations and reduce the security risk.
• Able to take initiative and make architectural decisions through designing secure solutions to enable the business, especially in critical/high risk situations and reduce the company’s cyber risks.
• Supporting to maintain the secure software development lifecycle (Secure SDLC) and continuously scan the source code and test the applications dynamically, follow&report all vulnerabilities to the relevant teams, ensure the remediations take placein accordance with the SLA.
• Attending internal and external audits and preparing evidence when required (such as Presidency Information and Communication Security Guide, Information and Communication Technologies Authority regulations, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOX etc.)

Who you are

• University degree (BSc./MSc.) in Engineering discipline (Electrical-Electronics, Comuter Science or similar)
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• At least 8 years of work experience in information security, network administration or cyber security
• Certified on ISMS systems and industry spesific standards (CISSP, CCSP, ISO 27001 , CompTIA Sec. etc.)
• Commitment to ensuring the team succeeds with all tasks and projects. Willingness to help a team member in need
• Ability to work in tight deadlines and delivering solutions within defined time periods
• Experience working in complex operational ICT environments
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, good in reporting
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders
