In our Smart Infrastructure (SI) Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit, we are looking for a Distribution Channel Sales Group Manager who will be in charge for Distribution Partners in Turkiye

This role will require taking responsibility for achieving group sales targets for Electrical Products by defining value propositions and strategies that add real value to our Partners and customers.

What part will you play?

• Ensures the implementation of current and future Sales strategies and sets the sales targets for the assigned sales organization.

• Develops new strategies to create demand in the market together with our partners.

• Creates new customers/partners to Siemens SI EP.

• Develops and proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts, aligned with the sales strategy of the unit

• Manages completion of budgets and regular sales reporting.

• Defines and allocates resources.

• Cooperates with other units ( marketing, finance, CS, …) in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning.

• To make sure that your team members develop and transform themselves so that we guarantee that we lead the market thanks to leading the transformation of the customers assigned to your team as account owners

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• University degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

• More than 10 years’ of experience in sales

• Fluent English and Turkish in speaking and writing is a must.

• No restirictions for travelling to customers.

• Ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively to achieve targets.
