Driver Field Executive (contract)

Currently, we are launching our service to Turkey and we are seeking several Field Executive/Driver Field Sales to join the Driver Operations team!

Office location: Sisli, Istanbul

What You’ll Do

• Finding drivers through both offline (truck stand) and online (social media for example) channels
• Find and meet a new potential driver who has a smartphone and independent driver; guide them through the registration process, and provide necessary information and convert them to be Lalamove’s Driver
• Address drivers’ questions about our platform, services, and registration procedures.
• Offer accurate and clear information to build trust and encourage driver participation.
• Gather and process drivers’ personal and vehicle information accurately during interactions.
• Ensure precision in recording this data for driver registration and verification purposes.
• Act as a connection between drivers and the company, promptly sharing relevant information or issues with the concerned department.
• Achieve branded sticker acquisition and retention targets every period.

Requirements

• Smartphone is a must since a lot of work involves taking photos and sending photos
• Good Communication Skills in both Turkish and basic communication in English
