We are looking for an e-Commerce Long Term Intern to join our Sales team based in Istanbul. The individual will be responsible for e-Commerce Long Term Intern – all categories and directly report to e-Commerce Marketplaces Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Creation and monitoring of “A+ content” content for Amazon and other marketplaces
  • Listing products, removing delisted products from the catalogue
  • Editing of product images and Preparation of campaign visuals
  • Competitor tracking and reporting
  • Invoice tracking – Coordinating with accounting over PepsiCo and Amazon systems
  • Order tracking (quantity, price control) – Coordinating with customer service and logistics team over PepsiCo and Amazon systems
  • Notification of cost updates and in-case quantity changes, any product information changes
  • Tracking of owned marketing domains, campaign results, and communicating results to wider team
  • Contacting Amazon and creating support incident records in Amazon systems
  • Support eCommerce relationships with Marketplaces, Pepsico Customer Service and Logistics and Accounting
  • Categories: All categories – Snacks, Beverages
  • Market: Türkiye
  • Channel: Marketplaces, focused on Amazon

Qualifications

  • University 3 & 4 students
  • Excellent command of Turkish and English
  • Curiosity and passion for ecommerce and digital, knowledge of Amazon systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proactive and energetic communicator, eager to build relationships
  • Hard worker, resilient
