E-commerce Specialist

  • Management of e-commerce order fulfilment processes,
  • Management of e-commerce related customer service enquiries,
  • Regular analysis of day-to-day running of website
  • Responsible of product content: collection or creation and review new product content.
  • Improvement of existing product content.
  • Ensuring creation and publishment of visual content for a good digital merchandising experience.
  • Identifying technical problems regarding content and visual design,
  • BA degree from a related department,
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer marketing / eCommerce content management/ digital merchandising /warehouse management, customer service management
  • Having good process and project management skills,
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English.
  • Having successful planning and organizational skills,
  • Photoshop knowledge is a plus
  • Candidates should reside on the European side of Istanbul
  • Male candidates must have completed their military service
