What you’ll do:

Program duration: Three years
-
Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments across different business and 2 different countries and Eaton locations. Two assignments are in operations area meaning it is a role in manufacturing or in supply chain organization, and one assignment is in a commercial area which will help you to gain experience in sales organization.

Operations functions: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.

Commercial functions: digital channel marketing, business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.

The program begins in September 2025 in Ankara, Türkiye, where you will join the Quality Engineering team. As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure compliance with quality standards, conduct inspections and tests, and manage quality metrics. Additionally, you will implement corrective actions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and train staff on quality procedures. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:

Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, industrial engineering) by August 2025. A master’s degree in these fields is also preferred

Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)

Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in any other European language is a plus
