Description

As a Social Media, Influencer Marketing & Trend Hunter Expert you will be responsible to; 

  • Based on the 360 Consumer Marketing Plan, defines the owned media plan where to play, calendar, KPIs tracking, assets in accordance with brand digital strategy and A&P media mix
  • Drives influencer, event and seeding strategies, tracks and reports due to related brand/campaign objectives
  • Follows beauty trends and creates brand-oriented strategies per platform (TikTok & IG etc)
  • Increase TikTok first strategy in way of working with brand and agency partners
  • Orchestrates the execution of virtual selling, salesfluencer activities across different touch points
  • Leads campaigns, including owned media content co-creation with influencers
  • Manages owned platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Prepares conversation calendar with talkable& ownable content and runs social media campaigns
  • Works closely with brand.com to integrate owned media activations where relevant
  • Tracks and reports KPI’s to brand teams on an on-going basis
  • Runs Community Management, answering questions and comments from community in a timely manner & Social Media Listening activities via agency
  • Acts as the social media listener for the brand, sharing regular consumer feedback summaries with Consumer Marketing
  • Works closely with customer service team to provide optimal responses and feedback from consumers to the brand teams

Qualifications

  • University level have a degree on related areas
  • Minimum 3 years social media management experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge and experience working with social media platforms and tools (FB, IG, YT, Tiktok)
  • Knowing what type of content works best on what platform
  • Understanding how to optimize content based on platform
  • Ability to engage an audience through social posts
  • Copywriting expertise
  • Short and effective headline writing
  • Engaging introductions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service driven ability to respond to customers on a timely manner
  • SEO and data driven, with the ability to switch fast to new trends and consumer habits
  • Brand knowledge (product, consumers, strategy)
  • Team worker, able to work w/ multi brand and category teams
  • Orchestration of various agencies and third parties
