The Ecommerce Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the development and execution of ecommerce marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of ecommerce marketplace management, media buying, digital media, and marketing tactics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-7 years of agency experience with a focus on ecommerce, as well as experience managing and developing a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Manage marketplace relationships and ensure product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and sales.
Knowledge about media buying efforts across multiple channels, including paid search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce marketing and share knowledge with the team.
