As an Engineering Manager within our Product Foundation Tribe at Scalable Capital, you’ll be pivotal in leading a team of talented engineers. Your role involves more than just managing a team; it is about inspiring and guiding them to build a secure, compliant, and efficient foundation for our products. Your leadership will directly influence our foundational components, from user authentication to client onboarding and internal back office systems.
We’re in search of a leader who is a true bar-raiser – someone who inspires their team to exceed expectations and contribute significantly to our product direction. Your role will require a balance of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and effective communication, as you’ll be navigating the complexities of a growing organization and fostering a culture of innovation.
