Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the “Environment Manager( Sapanca / Hendek)” Take this opportunity to GROW together!

Be responsible from the following requirements:

  • Lead all Waters Factory integrated environmental aspects include, waste, energy, water, waste water, regulative matters…
  • Being part of the operational team of the factories and the central engineering team working together. Regular reporting of environmental KPIs.
  • Improving KPIs.
  • Development of the workshop team.
  • Oversee field practice and make development program for hazardous.
  • Maintaining management information systems that locate hazard and complaint investigations. Developing solutions to eliminate pollution and environmental hazards.
  • Designing field training programs.
  • Implementation of spill prevention programs and hazardous waste regulations.
  • Developing advanced environmental operations models for each factory.
  • Responsibility of Wastewater Treatment Facilities towards local laws.

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • As a minimum requirement, the candidate must have a WWTP certificate of B class (minimum 3 years of experience), preferably A class (5 years of experience). In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, and programs.
  • Aptitude to solve problems quickly with advanced conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Turkish & English )
  • Outstanding analytical abilities.
  • Fluent speaking (English)
