Experienced CX Program Management Professional

We have an opportunity for an Experienced CX Program Management Professional to join the PMC team us at Honeywell in Istanbul, Turkey. To be successful in this role, you need to have at least 10+ years of experience in Commodity Management / Procurement, experience in developing Supply Base Management strategies with a proven record of delivering key business results and strong negotiation skills.

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business to Protective Industrial Products, Inc. (PIP®), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The intent of We expect this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing project plan, timelines and budget, defining project scope, objectives and deliverables
• Lead, motivate and oversee cross functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to set expectations and update on project progress.
• Responsible for project revenue planning and forecasting.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, implement contingency plans.
• Manage resources efficiently and improve productivity.
• Ensure deliverables meet Honeywell quality standards and customer requirements.
• Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining project objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reporting and auditing purpose.
• Use project management tools to monitor project performance and productivity.
• Address customer escalations and issues promptly to keep the project on track.
• Working with Sales and P&E team on new project opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum: 10 years of project management experience in the region.
• Experience in Field Instruments, Control system products, Gas Products, terminal automation projects, F&G products
• Sales support activities and logistic activities related to imports and exports
• Support to Global Customer Service team for daily jobs
• Experience in terminal automation projects, knowledge of Tank Gauging, Truck loading systems, F&G, CCTV. Knowledge on Oil &Gas terminals processes and workflows.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Proficiency in project management software
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of business operations and solutions -specific knowledge
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP Project certification.
