We are seeking for an Receptionist to join our All SL with the following qualifications;
Bachelors Degree from a reputable university,
Min. 1 years of work experience as an receptionist,
Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must,
To have worked as an administrative or executive assistant,
Proficient in Microsoft office suite,
Well – ofganized, detail – oriented, abilitiy multitask with great follow – up skills,
Ability to handle multi tasks,
Dynamic and enthusiastic,
Eager to learn, Fast learner.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Answer, display and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable and that all necessary stationery (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) is available.
Provide basic and accurate information face to face.
In person and by telephone/email
Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries
Ensuring office security by following security procedures and controlling access through the reception desk (monitoring the logbook, issuing visitor badges)
Updating meeting and schedule meetings
Performing other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
