We are currently looking for a Field Operation Executive to join our Sales team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Field Operation Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Ensure achievement of agreed targets/Key Performance Indicators (Net Proceeds of Sales, Total Trade Spend, distribution, call coverage/frequency, Hit Rate, Drop Size, Bad Goods) for the assigned Area 
  • Responsible for setting objectives, leading negotiation process with Distributors (or any other 3rd party partners).
  • Execute daily monitoring of customer’s performance against defined Key Performance Indicators (sales out, inventory level, order placement on-time)
  • Responsible for the execution of the Channel Category plans at the Point of Purchase & support the development of Cycle Plans by providing feedback
  • Responsible to provide quality and on-time information on demand forecast by distributor, report on market dynamics, competitor activities
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies and local regulations
  • Coach, motivate and develop Distributors’ sales force 

Which profile are we looking for?

  • 2-3 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on Key Perfomance Indicators.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage distributor
  • Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. Channel Category Sales Development, Customer, Field
  • Had experience in managing Field Sales team
