The Field Service Engineer at Videojet Technologies plays a key and vital role in supporting our Customers and ensuring that our ‘Up Time Peace of Mind’ goal is achieved. They are responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing the range of Videojet Equipment. The position will be located in Bursa, Turkiye.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Install and commission new Videojet solutions
• Maintain and Service our customers’ installed base of Videojet equipment
• Work closely with sales to support Videojet trials and demonstrations
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Field Service Experience at customer sites or remotely via phone
• Experienced within 2-3 years the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related industry
• Experienced within automation / PLC communication
• Demonstrated success in overachieving on personal targets
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel within the Turkiye
