We are inviting you to join our ever-expanding business in Türkiye primarily based in Kocaeli but expanding to Istanbul and other locations across Türkiye as a Field Service Engineer – Steam Turbines r where you will support the Field Service and Aftermarket growth in securing service and retrofit on own installed base and competitions installed base. In close relationship with both Aftermarket, Engineering, the Field Service Engineer selected for this role must provide service to all customers professionally, and secure high degree of costumer satisfaction.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• You will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical commissioning of our steam turbines, including checking the safety equipment

• As an expert, you will also carry out modifications, upgrades and overhauls

• In the event of damage or malfunctions, you will carry out on-site fact finding, make recommendations for repair and decide on further procedure with the engineering and project management

• As site manager, you manage the project on site and ensure work safety

• Functional test of auxiliary units such as lubricating oil pumps, motors and actuators are of no issue for you

• You advise the customer on machine operation, spare parts stocking and future maintenance measures for steam turbines

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

• A completed technical education in the field of electrical engineering / mechatronics with several years of professional experience or a completed technical university degree in electrical engineering / mechatronics with professional experience.

• Ideally, you have several years of experience as a global commissioning engineer (m/f/d) and / or site manager (m/f/d)

• You have a solid knowledge of control and electrical engineering as well as mechanics

• Experience with steam turbines or comparable rotating equipment is desirable

• Very high customer and service orientation as well as flexibility and initiative

• Good IT skills (MS Office) and good English skills

• Very high (international) willingness to travel

• Driving licence class B
