The Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our team in BCW Turkey. You will have a strong analytical mindset and thrive in a collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will provide critical support across the finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to take their career to the next level.

Requirements

What you’ll do as you move with us:

• Booking of accounting records according to a uniform chart of accounts
• Preparation of invoices for all group companies in accordance with contracts
• Obtaining the necessary approvals regarding purchase invoices and completing the internal approval processes before recording the documents
• Preparing bank payments and obtaining necessary approvals for payments
• Tracking payments
• Enter banking statements into the accounting system.
• Carrying out bank transactions and operation processes (tax, social security, and other payments), providing statements and periodic documents
• Preparation of regular reports (Inventory report, Accruals) for monthly accounting closing operations
• Recording income and expense accruals according to the periodicity principle
• Reconciliation of AR and AP accounts and tracking of the debt and credits.
• Regularly revising the supplier list every month and sharing it with the team.
• Carrying out all processes in accordance with the company’s policies
• Organizing and archiving accounting files

Experience that contributes to your success

• Professional qualification in a relevant discipline i.e., (Business Administration, Economics, Finance)
• Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in a global company.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• knowledge of e-Invoice, e-Archive Invoice, and Gib systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Result-oriented, open to change, excellent team player
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to adapt to intense and dynamic work environments.
• Knowledge of “Logo Tiger” is a plus.
• Open to growth and development.
• Communication skills in English both written and verbal are an asset.
