Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from both WNS and NLMK Management, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of these reports;
• Review and update the reporting policy: Evaluate and update the reporting request policy to ensure efficiency while maintaining a comprehensive set of standard reports.
• Generate and reconcile reports: Collect necessary data for reports (internal and group reporting) ensuring they are correct, consistent, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Present data: Gather and analyze financial and operational data, presenting it in a clear and concise format that is easy to act upon.
• Define and update work procedures.
• Assist in monthly/annual closing; Provide necessary documentation for audits, and maintain precise historical records.• Collect data from the SAP system; Complete relevant forms requested by management
• Governance: Assist and actively participate in meetings with all relevant stakeholders;
• Forecast activity: Support with any of the forecast activity requested by client, update relevant forecast reporting files.

Qualifications

• Experience in Controlling Activities (1-2 years);
• Advanced language skills in English
• Knowledge of Financial and Accounting software applications;
• Knowledge of and ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports;
• Experience of SAP system preferable;
• Good all-round Excel skills
