JOB PURPOSE

Lead TU SC Costing & Logistics Finance Teams to secure efficient processes and controls are in place for stock, cost of goods sold & distribution cost management. Be an effective FBP for National & Regional BOLT team.

Lead SCFS Transformation working closely with BU Finance and Comex Teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads the Turkey’s logistics finance actual reporting, business plan and forecast agenda.
• Ensures Logistics & category’s teams are aligned with the company’s distribution cost & saving targets for TU.
• Business partnering to TU and PTAB BOLT teams by sharing financial risks & opportunities in a timely manner & creating close follow up on target realization and deviations.
• Leads SC Costing team to secure an SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) level correct COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) & stock reporting.
• Leads TU Supply Chain FET Control Agenda.
• Business partnering to local & global logistics teams on CAPEX related business cases & savings related projects, target setting activities.
• Lead digitalization agenda for SC Costing & Logistics Finance.
• As part of PTAB FET Transformation, leading SCFS Transformation on behalf of BUs and national management teams along with the Comex teams.

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CMA certification a plus.
• Minimum 8-10 years of financial experience or similar positions, preferably in FMCG sector
• Strong analytical capabilities with bias to drive action.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to respond under pressure.
• Ability and drive to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional team.
• Advanced skills in Excel, and in-depth knowledge of SAP and BW.
• Fluency in English & Turkish
