As Financial Manager, you will support the management and stakeholders to deliver business results while maintaining internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results. You will need previous of working in a multinational environment in Finance function. The role will require you to be based in Istanbul, Turkey.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Partner with the Commercial and Service Functional Leaders, providing leadership to the finance function for the Turkey Team.
  • On time creation and monitoring of weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting, management accounts, financial accounts according to US-GAAP, along with accurate hyperinflation accounting.
  • Analyze variations from forecasts and prior periods to provide accurate explanations for variances.
  • Maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy and reliability of results and support regional compliance team through onsite internal audits.
  • Work with local advisor to ensure preparation of local statutory financial reports and follow local tax regulations within the required time frames set by government.
  • Follow up and create cost management measures.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with CPA certification or international equivalency being preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish.
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience. At least 8 years of experience in driving financial results (revenue, costs, margins, working capital and OP) in multinational companies. Audit experience is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of local Turkish statutory reporting requirements and experience in US GAAP or IFRS reporting with strong knowledge of Internal Control procedures.
  • Strong business understanding and acumen.
  • Highly computer literate (especially in MS Excel) with experience of working with multiple ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion and One Stream.
  • Systems migration experience is a plus.
