We are looking for a Financial Accounting Analyst who will be a member of our Financial Accounting team in İzmir.
Specifically, you will:
- Coordinate timely recording of supplier invoices in accordance with USGAAP and STATUTORY principles and ensure supplier payments are made accurately and on time.
- Prepare accurate and reliable financial analyses and reports, which meet established standards and the management reporting requirements.
- Work side by side with our stakeholders to provide support and advice on financial accounting processes.
- Take ownership of the development and implementation of digital financial solutions to business needs and improvements to processes.
- Perform mid-year and year-end reconciliations with suppliers to ensure our ledgers are accurate.
- Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Perform month end and year-end closing activities.

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Management)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in multinational companies.
- Basic knowledge of Turkish tax regulations and accounting rules
- Excellent command of MS Office applications. SAP experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Turkish
- Strong analytical thinking capability and learning skills, being capable of effectively handling multiple priorities with a high level of customer focus
- Ability to work and interact with people at all levels in the organization.
