Financial Controlling and Service Excellence Manager

We are looking for a “Financial Controlling and Service Excellence Manager” who will be responsible cost tracking and animation and performance monitoring & service excellence for Danone Turkey and Danone CIS? Take this opportunity to GROW Together!

COST TRACKING & ANIMATION

• Ensure accuracy of DBS costs actual & forecast for TR & CIS
• Analyze costs and FTE variances for all functions on a quarterly basis (Vs RF and Vs LY)
• Create and monitor guidelines for #RF processes
• Resource allocation and capex monitoring.

PERFORMANCE MONITORING & SERVICE EXCELLENCE

• Consolidate and animate the TK & CIS DBS KPIs for all functions and improvement plans
• Animation of Monthly Performance Deck of TR& CIS and present to the related stakeholders Co-pilot the efficiency agenda of TR & CIS
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Creating Value Add mindset, creating and promoting DBS initiatives , challenge for best practices, organize governance platforms to drive efficiency and benchmark with the other regions (EU, Africa, etc) /other companies.
• Analyzes and prioritize business requirements (Key & Urgent topics)
• Participate actively in the DBS SE Community & Controlling meetings managed by the Zone Adhoc presentation and request preparation
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Min 4-5 years’ experience in financial control and budgeting, performance monitoring
• Audit background would be an asset
• Excellent command of English, Russian would be an asset Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
• Strong communication skills
• Result oriented with solid analytical skills
• Proactive and multitask oriented
• Displays resilience, determination and flexibility
