First Gen is a two-month summer internship program, offering hands-on experience, dynamic learning and exciting networking opportunities.

We are looking for a First Gen Summer Intern to join our Field Sales / Traditional Trade team based in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

  • Support the achievement of Traditional Trade channel’s field sales targets and execution of excellence goals, assist in sales reporting processes, and contribute to sales direction and customer relationship development by participating in fieldwork with relevant teams as part of the Frontline Sales Management Process
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field sales action plans based on directives from the Sales Manager and sharing them with the relevant teams
  • Utilize digital tools to monitor field sales performance and identify potential areas for improvement
  • Support e-order controls, guidance, and reporting to facilitate effective communication between central teams and field teams
  • Coordinate with Regional Executives and Area Managers in the monitoring and control of distributor P&L processes
  • Conduct field visits with route supervisors as part of the Frontline Sales Management Process, managing customer relationships, and ensuring company execution standards are met in the field
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing teams to plan and implement field support programs for the sales team (e.g. bundling promotions, additional displays, and point-of-purchase materials) and tracking and reporting their availability at the distributor level

Qualifications

  • 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Available to work full-time in Istanbul from July 1st to August 29th
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
