First Gen is a two-month summer internship program, offering hands-on experience, dynamic learning and exciting networking opportunities.

We are looking for a First Gen Summer Intern to join our Sales Strategy team based in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Support the efficient and effective design of go-to-market (GTM) field execution strategies
• Prepare weekly and monthly scorecards for field sales strategy projects
• Act as a communication bridge between sales teams and central office teams
• Support the design of the annual operational working model for field teams
• Collaborate with different teams in the transformation and improvement of go-to-market strategies based on business needs
• Take an active role in the implementation of growth plans and new projects developed for field sales

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student
• Fluent in English and Turkish
• Available to work full-time in Istanbul from July 1st to August 29th
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow in a dynamic environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
