ADAY PROFİLİ

• Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun (Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Y.O. veya Spor Akademisi),
• En az 2 yıl aynı pozisyonda görev yapmış,
• Vardiyalı ve tam zamanlı çalışmaya uygun.

POZİSYON ÖZETİ

• Her seviyeye uygun grup derslerinin verilmesi ve misafirlerin grup derslerine katılımlarının sağlanması için teşvik etmek (Pilates, Aeorobik, Kinesis, Spinning vb.).
• Gelen misafirlere uygun metodlarla, kişinin istekleri ve özellikleri doğrultusunda ekipmanları kullanarak ve/veya ekipmansız uygulayabilecekleri programlar hazırlamak ya da danışmanlık vermek.
• Misafirlere istekleri doğrultusunda ve seviyelerine uygun ve uygulayabilecekleri, hedefleri doğrultusunda kendini geliştirebileceği programlar oluşturmak ve/veya danışmanlığını yapmak. Misafirlerin keyif alabilecekleri bir ortam yaratmak.
• Gelen misafirleri gözlemleyerek, iyi analiz ederek ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda ve gündemi de takip ederek aktivite ve grub derslerinin oluşturulmasını sağlamak.
• Sorumluluk alanı olan Fitness, Açık ve Kapalı Yüzme Havuzu, Stüdyolar ve tüm malzemelerin temizlik ve bakımının sağlamak.
